River Vale Ventures LP
Chooses Crosswind Communications LLC for
Marketing Support Services

   River Vale Ventures LP, a Montvale, New Jersey-based venture capital firm, announced that Crosswind Communications LLC of Greenwich, Connecticut has been retained to provide marketing support services for its portfolio of clients.
   River Vale Ventures invests primarily in small companies that have been in business for at least three years and have attained annual sales of between $5 million and $10 million. Its holdings currently include shares in three Internet companies, an apparel manufacturer, a pharmaceutical company and a residential real estate developer. Crosswind will provide marketing consulting, branding, advertising and public relations services to River Vale’s portfolio companies.
   “Bringing Crosswind on board provides another tool for growing our investments,” said Richard Dalbeck, a partner at River Vale Ventures. “These enterprises get direct access to an experienced marketing resource that they might otherwise be unable to afford.”
